Apricot Jam

Our trial batch of Apricot Jam has been made to our usual high standards, using simple, clean ingredients to create a jam that is full of pure apricot flavour. By keeping the recipe simple, we have allowed the fruit to do the talking, delivering a rich, smooth and beautifully balanced preserve with real depth of flavour. It is a small batch, but one that more than lives up to the standard we expect from every jar.
