As you are aware, I purchased Orange, Christmas and Whisky marmalades from you and am more than happy to provide feedback on your products.
Firstly, all three marmalades are under set, in particular the whisky, although overall, the colour is good. The taste of the orange is lacking that tang, which unfortunately you only achieve using Seville oranges. The whisky marmalade has an unpleasant aftertaste, whether this is due to the smokey malt used! The ginger ingredients in the Christmas marmalade totally overpower the orange, it tastes more like a ginger preserve.
If you would like, I can send you photos of the marmalades to show their loose consistency.
I have won many awards for my homemade marmalade, so can talk with some confidence about this subject.

A great marmalade. A good set and not firm. A rich medium dark colour and rich flavour from the whisky. Always buy this when it’s available

I have had a few whisky marmalades over the years and have to say Galloway Lodges whisky marmalade is the absolute best! Its the only one you can actually taste the whisky. The balance in flavour is just beautiful.

Love whisky marmalade have tried many many brands. This is my all time favourite. The taste and texture match my preferences. And a secret, I have a small bottle of the whisky from the annandale brewery and occasionally on first opening I add a teaspoon more. Not really needed as the whisky taste is evident, but just for health purposes.
